Satlify fetches real-time Bitcoin prices from CoinGecko and updates your dashboard live. Historical daily close prices are stored for accurate portfolio snapshots, chart rendering, and cost basis calculations.
Satlify supports USD and EUR as display currencies. All prices and portfolio values are converted in real time using daily FX rates. You can switch your preferred currency in Settings at any time.

Tax reporting is currently in development and coming soon. It will include FIFO/LIFO lot matching, realized gain/loss calculations, and exportable tax reports to make tax season painless.
Yes. Your data is always exportable. You can export transactions as CSV at any time. We also offer a full GDPR data export from Settings. We believe your data belongs to you — always.
Yes! The Hodler plan is free forever — no credit card required. It includes 1 portfolio, 1 wallet, unlimited transactions, and your own live dashboard.
If you want more — like advanced analytics, CSV import/export, or email summaries — you can upgrade to Stacker ($4.99/mo) or Maxi ($9.99/mo).
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. You keep your plan features until the end of the current billing period. You can also upgrade or downgrade freely from Settings.
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Satlify isn't for you, contact support within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, portfolios and wallets that exceed the new limits are locked — not removed.
Locked items are excluded from your dashboard totals and analytics, but they're fully preserved with all transactions intact. The moment you upgrade again, everything unlocks instantly and your data is right where you left it.
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Currently we accept credit/debit cards through Stripe. We'd love to accept Bitcoin and Lightning payments in the future — it only makes sense for a Bitcoin-focused product.
Absolutely. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We support two-factor authentication (2FA), enforce session management, and never share your data with third parties.
Satlify is a tracking-only tool — we never have access to your Bitcoin private keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials. Your coins stay in your custody.
Yes. You can enable 2FA using any TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) from the Security section in Settings. Recovery codes are provided in case you lose access to your device.
No, never. Satlify is a read-only portfolio tracker. We never ask for your private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys, or wallet passwords. Your coins stay where they are — we just help you track them.
